Working in partnership with clients, programmes are delivered through group workshops, individual coaching sessions or a mixture of both as participants explore their bespoke behavioural profiles. With over 30 years of experience in international corporations and SMEs, I’ve built a career centred on fostering interaction and development of strong relationships among people in the workplace. From consultative recruitment roles, team management, workshop design and delivery, mentoring and overseeing the HR function as Head of HR, I’ve gained deep insight into the employee life cycle and, importantly, how powerful and impactful human behaviour in the workplace can be on individual performance, team dynamics, and business focus.

As a qualified business coach and facilitator in Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviours, I am able to combine my work life experience and insight from over 3 decades into a service delivery that is authentic and relatable as employers continue to adapt to an ever changing landscape.

My approach is to provide a psychologically safe and supportive environment that encourages openness, self-awareness and lasting growth.
